“We have made this house our annual summer vacation”
We have rented this house for our extended family vacation for four summers, and love it every single time. One of the things that sets it apart from the other places we have seen is the way The owners take care of the property. It feels more like a home than a rental property. It is so perfect for everyone, our young kids and older cousins all love, as do the adults. We use the pool all day long and then sit around the fire pit at night. It’s is nestled up on the hillside, with gorgeous views of the vineyards, it feels so isolated and private, yet you’re less than 10 minutes from the town square. It is perfect.”

“Paradise in Dry Creek
What an amazing home! The pictures do not even do it justice. The grounds are gorgeous with the olive trees and fragrant lavender. We loved the various vignettes, from the pool and spa deck, the bocce ball court, the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The home was immaculate with high end linens, a fully implemented kitchen, and lots of games and amenities for the kids. We cannot wait to return, almost reluctant to share this review as this is the best kept secret in the valley.”

“Beautiful Estate, Wonderful Views
We stayed in this wonderful estate for a 3 night, 4 day, long weekend. The moment we drove through the gate, everyone was relaxed and happy. The grounds are perfectly manicured and it feels like your own private park. The views are incredible. There is something to do for everyone, adults and kids of all ages have something just for them. The pool and hot tub are perfectly situated in close proximity to the kitchen, so adults can enjoy the local Russian River wine from the living room or patio with a clear view of the pool area, while the kids swim. A true private oasis, completely fenced in and protected by a large solid private gate. Once you pull through the gate, you won’t look back. We will be staying here again.”

Wow!! What an amazing property. We stayed in this lovely house with our family for our 40th wedding anniversary & it could not have been more perfect. We arrived to beautiful flower arrangements all over the house! It’s really better than the photos. The pool setting is gorgeous looking out over an incredible view. The kitchen is perfectly stocked & the outside kitchen was a great addition. We had gatherings around the fire pit & watched beautiful sunsets. So much privacy & yet we could be in downtown Healdsburg in 5 minutes . We will definitely return... I can’t wait !!”

“Spacious, Clean, Luxurious...an ideal vacation
Our stay at Healdsburg Modern was great! We had three generations of family with us- my husband and 2 kids, in-laws and our parents- and there was something for everyone. My children loved the playhouse and it was filled with great toys. There are multiple seating areas both inside the house and outside so that the adults could sit comfortably. The kitchen was phenomenal for cooking, and the outdoor kitchen was very nice. My husband, father in law and I all really enjoyed the design of the estate and appreciated the unique materials used in the construction. The master suite was great for my family, with my in laws each having a spacious bedroom and shared bathroom in the main house. The guest house was perfect for extended family. By the pool, there is plenty of seating and shade for everyone to hang out while the kids splashed around. Very glad we opted for Healdsburg Modern, it was the perfect choice! We had a great time in this beautiful home. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg, yet surrounded by woods and boasting an amazing view, it was the perfect place for us.
